Division Responsibilities & Services
The Real Estate Recording Division:
- Provides a grantor / grantee index for searching and retrieval of recorded documents
- Provides copies for the public as per request
- Records and files documents of real estate, maps, the Uniform Commercial Code, marriage licenses and other similar items
